Private label: the fastest start
If you are launching a boutique brand, private label gets you to market fastest. You pick stock styles from the catalog, and the factory adds your labels, hang tags and poly bags. OEM: your design, your rules
OEM means you bring the design — a drawing, a sample from another brand, or a clear description — and the factory engineers it: pattern, fabric sourcing, trims, grading, QC. This is the right model when you already know exactly what you want and need manufacturing muscle. ODM: factory design, market-ready
ODM is the middle path many successful brands use: the factory proposes designs based on market trends and its own development, and you customize the details — colors, trims, packaging. You get original designs without carrying an in-house design team. Do you own the design in an ODM deal?
